Introduction & Initial Meeting:
When you reach out to Maguire Construction you are communicating directly with one of our owners. We would love the opportunity to meet with you, learn about your proposed project, and talk a bit about what it means to have your home built by Maguire Construction. Building a home is a collaborative process, and our initial meeting is paramount to building trust and confidence needed in your design/build team. Often times we will encourage you to look through our extensive portfolio, and if a particular project inspires you we would be happy to walk you through the space. Nothing will instill the trust and confidence in our craftsmanship than to physically see and touch a space that, at one time, was just an idea on paper.
Design/Planning & Budgeting:
Your home is a uniquely intimate reflection of your perceived idyllic world in both form and function. We recognize that manifesting these ideas into a cohesive design can be overwhelming and often intimidating. With over 40 years of building Maine's most beautiful custom homes we have developed strong collaborative relationships with exceptional architectural and design firms, and we will help guide you through choosing a design/build team that best fits the aspirations you have for your home, working closely with you throughout the design process as a champion for your vision of a final homestead and a resource for questions and concerns as the design and aesthetics directly affect budgetary constraints.

Construction:
A successful project is a summation of the ingenuity, creativity, and commitment of the entire design/build team. As your general contractor we dedicate a project manager to the entirety of your home's construction, from the first shovel full of dirt until we hand you the keys to your dream home. We are a constant presence on site to ensure that progress is managed in a manner considerate of both the efficiency of time and budget, while demanding the highest quality craftsmanship.
Post-Construction:
We take great pride in the relationships built with our clients throughout the construction of their home, and that last a lifetime. Building a forever home is truly a collaborative process, and we have been there beside you every step of the way guiding you through countless decisions, tracking and managing budget, and piecing together each intricate detail that makes your home unique in its beauty and function. When your project is complete we take the time to walk you through every aspect of your home and how it operates, such as mechanical systems, audio/visual, and security, so that you have a thorough understanding of your home before occupying the residence.
